Who is sent to my house to do the work?
Our experienced technicians arrive at your home or business in uniform driving a clearly marked All Housing Solution's vehicle. All Housing Solutions technicians are insured. Our attention to detail in customer service and punctuality sets us apart from the rest.
Will I need to have the materials for All Housing Solutions to do the job?
The All Housing Solutions vehicle is a "Hardware Store on Wheels". We stock many common items which mean fewer trips to the supply store during our visits. If there are any materials needed for your job, you have several options:
- Purchase those materials ahead of time saving money associated with material handling/pick-up costs.
- Do the shopping for any materials not on hand while our technician is working at your home/business.
- Follow the technician to the store to pay directly for the materials giving you the advantage of the technician's professional expertise and the use of the vehicle to transport those materials
- Have All Housing Solutions pick up the materials for you. However, please know that if the technician gets your supplies, he is "on the clock" and this time is billed at our regular rate.
What type of warranty or satisfaction guarantee do you offer?
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. You can trust All Housing Solution's experience technicians to repair and maintain your home or business. All Housing Solutions has an industry leading one year warranty on all work and materials.
Do I Need A Permit?
Check with your local township building department since towns may have different requirements.
However, if the answer is yes, then understand that it is in your own best interest to get one. If you come across a contractor who is willing to "save you some money" by not going through the permitting process, then watch out! There is no such thing as a short cut that will save you money in the long run.
Know this, if you are doing work on your home that does require a permit, all that has to happen is for one of your neighbors to give City Hall a quick phone call and they will stop by to see the scope of work you are having done on your home. If you require a permit, you will receive a "Stop Work Order" and you could be living in a state of renovation for months and months.
So if you want to know the answer, just ask, Do I Need A Permit? The answer may be no, but if it is yes, then you should be making an informed decision.
How do you charge?
At All Housing Solutions, we charge by the hour. This way our customers are charged only for the time that we actually work. We also have packages that offer a great value and an easy way to make a purchasing decision.
Can I get an estimate for my job?
We at All Housing Solutions can appreciate your desire for an estimate. We have found that in the time it takes to gather multiple quotes All Housing Solutions can have the job completed. In most cases we can give you a good time estimate over the phone. When the All Housing Solutions technician arrives at your home he will review the job with you to confirm the length of time needed to complete the job.

Our DrySnap
material is very unique in the industry and this product will require
an onsite no obligation estimate due to a great deal of deck
construction practices.
